GETTLER-RYAN INC. is committed to the health and safety of its employees, sub-contractors and the general public. We have a full time EHS manager to oversee all aspects of our environmental, health and safety programs. GETTLER-RYAN INC. has received several awards concerning our Safety programs from clients and the California Safety Center.

We are members of the National Safety Council, The Petroleum Equipment Institute, The American Society of Safety Engineers, ISNetworld and PICS. GETTLER-RYAN INC. foremen and technicians are ICC certified to work on Underground and Aboveground Storage Tank Systems.

GETTLER-RYAN INC. trains its personnel in all pertinent HAZWOPER regulations, API RP 1646 “Safety Key” requirements and numerous other programs such as the Chevron Loss Prevention System, the BP: “It Could Happen To Me, It Could Happen Today” program and the Smith System Defensive Driver Training program. We take an active role in our employees health and well being by providing full annual physical and encouraging safety as a 24/7/365 activity. We provide materials and training to take home and share with their families.

GETTLER-RYAN INC. conducts monthly safety/ training meetings with all field staff to ensure continuity and compliance with our proactive safety culture. We strive for zero incidents and participate in behavior based safety training to achieve this goal.
